Shipping Policy – Vaultline Wallets

At Vaultline Wallets, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Track & Trace code.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Please note: Courier services may experience delays around holidays or during extreme weather conditions. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

3. Track & Trace

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a link to track your order. It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the Track & Trace information to become active on the courier's website.

4. Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries

  • Incorrect Address: You are responsible for ensuring that the correct delivery address is entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vaultlinewallets.com. If the package has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address.

  • Missed Delivery: If you are not home at the time of delivery, your package may be left with a neighbor or taken to a local pickup point. You usually have 7 to 14 days to collect it before it is returned to us.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Vaultline Wallets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
