Refund policy: You may return any item within 14 days of receipt. After this period, we are no longer able to offer a refund or exchange.
Refunds: A full refund is available for items returned within 14 days. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item and notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or denied.
Items Not Eligible for Refund: Items that have been used, altered or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.
Return Procedure for Damaged Items: If you wish to return a damaged item, please contact us at info@vaultlinewallets.com. We will provide you with a return address and ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item so that we can assess the damage.
Return shipping: Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
